Happy Sunday Runners!
Today is my long run, 8 miles. And what a beautiful day for it. 45 degrees with a light rain. I love to run in the rain. Well as long as it is not raining cats and dogs..

I had a great last week, I felt great on my runs and I am really enjoy the bike. The Heel is the same as it was last week. Slowly but surely it is on the mend. Very, Very Thankful I am still able to train for my April Half.
WEEKLY RECAP
I ran 3 days for a total of 15.5 miles
I rode the bike 3 days, 2 @ 50 min and 1 @ 30 min for a total of 54 miles
I stretched a ton, I am a stretch Nazi

45 degrees and rain? Sounds like my run this morning. We had a bit of wind too...hope you didn't. Nice week!
Oh, and I really like Core Synergistics from P90X--heck of a core workout each week.
Super job this week. I will run in the rain, but avoid downpours. I need to stretch more than I do, that's why I bought the foam roller.

i just recently started doing the stationary bike as cross training.. i can't go longer than 15 minutes! maybe one day i'll be able to go longer lol.
I only like the rain in the summer when it's hot! Cheers to running buddies!

I love running, so bring on the rain, also love the long hot shower after the run...
Great week! I'm terrible about stretching but trying to get better with it. I do a lot of core work - Pilates and planks.
