1. I am Sorry I have been MIA from the Blogging World. My big girl job that helps pay
for all the races I want to run for the bills around the house has taken over my life. Job security I guess. I have a lot of reading to catch up on. But I promise I will catch up! And leave you some witty comment. Please forgive me…
2. Remember when I wrote that I was able to start running again? Well on my second run my foot started hurting again. Headed back to the Doc. Had an MRI on Tuesday. Back to Doc yesterday…. Torn Tendon in foot. L I am now in a cast and on crutches for the next 3 weeks. But don’t feel sorry for me, I have already cried enough for all of us. I am going to put a smile on my face and keep a good attitude, I hear that helps the healing process. And there is a bonus, I know who would of thought… Killer Arms!
3. Running, walking, anything you do on 2 legs is out. Swimming is in. I will be in the pool a lot over the next 3 weeks. I can also keep up with my strength training and ab workouts. But, I am in need of some advice as to what to do in the pool, so I don’t get bored. I usually just swim laps.
